Everything was great, yet a few employees were not very friendly. Units with great wooden decorations.

This place was pretty amazing and quite clean. the room was super clean with its own bathroom and the view from there was just outstanding! the beds were really comfortable and I liked that there was central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV to enjoy 🌟.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with beautiful antique furniture and elegant touches throughout. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like myself to move around comfortably. The accessibility of the hotel was also commendable, with ramps and elevators available, ensuring that everyone could easily navigate the premises.

It would have been even better if the children working there had a bit more patience and understanding towards us senior guests.

Staying opposite a stunning old palace with a big park around was a dream come true. the location was ideal, close to the airport but away from the busyness of Munich. the room was clean, fresh and spacious with a lovely bathroom. the service was impeccable and the breakfast selection was great. the view from the room of the surrounding fields was breathtaking.

The bar service needed improvement, with no credit card facility and drinks needing to be collected from a nearby area.

We recently stayed at a hotel surrounded by stunning countryside, and we were blown away by the natural beauty of the location. the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, and they were on hand to assist us with any queries we had. We were particularly impressed with the attentive customer service, which was both friendly and professional. Finally, the hotel’s proximity to key tourist spots made it an ideal location for exploring the surrounding area.

Despite it being included in the room price, we arrived punctually to find that the breakfast area was closed. Although the receptionist eventually managed to open it, we ended up losing valuable time in the morning.
